Sep 28, 2022
with Matt Hudson & Adam Hebener NMLS #377655

Welcome to Discomfortable with Matt and Adam, episode one.  We introduce ourselves, a bit of our passion for why we are now launching a podcast, and start our journey together talking some real estate and mortgage industry specifics.

Most episodes will not go this deep, or for this long on or about real estate, but it is valuable for industry professionals to understand some of the conclusions at which we arrive at in this episode. These will help you communicate more effectively with your clients about the changes that are occurring in our market and what they mean for the short and long term predictions.

In particular, we help professionals understand the specific conclusion that while interest rates are high and demand is low, market conditions do not show signs of a crash.  We explain the analysis leading to these conclusions and hope it helps you in your practice of serving consumers exceptionally.
